Placement options, ranked by invisibility

  1. Side yard tucked behind a hedge — invisible from ceremony and reception, accessible via a path
  2. Motor court behind the main residence — out of sight, generous tow access
  3. Service drive or alley adjacent to the property — invisible, often the easiest tow approach
  4. Back-of-lot near garage or carriage house — visible from one angle only
  5. Driveway curb cut — visible but on-property, no permit needed
  6. Curbside (with permit) — most visible, last resort

Pre-walk the placement

Before quoting, we pull up your address on Google Street View and satellite. We identify the most invisible placement that the 3/4-ton tow truck can reach with a 20-ft turning radius. If the ideal spot is blocked by landscaping the truck can't navigate, we propose the second-best option. This pre-walk is free and happens within an hour of inquiry.

Landscaping tricks

  • Tall potted plants (rented from your florist) along the trailer's long side — turns it into a hedge
  • Drapery panels rented from your rental company — hung from a freestanding pipe-and-drape frame
  • Existing hedges or trees as natural cover — even a 6-ft hedge hides the bottom half
  • Backdrop signage facing the guest area — turns the trailer into part of the event installation

Magnetic panels (3-day lead time)

We offer removable magnetic panels in solid colors — white, ivory, sage, navy, taupe. They snap to the trailer's exterior and read as a single solid finish. The 7-day quote turnaround makes them practical for any wedding booked 3+ weeks out. Cost is typically $300–$500 depending on color and quantity.

Full vinyl wraps (7-day lead time)

For brand-conscious weddings or sponsor activations, we offer full custom vinyl wraps. Send your artwork or work with our partner designer. The wrap is removable at end of rental — no impact on the underlying unit. Cost ranges $500–$1,500 depending on artwork complexity and side coverage.

What you don't need to hide

The interior. Guests entering the unit see stainless vanities, porcelain toilets, full-height mirrors, hot running water, and LED lighting calibrated for comfort. The interior is part of the event experience — not something to apologize for. Some clients put a small framed thank-you note inside; the unit reads as venue infrastructure, not a rental.
