Wedding Restroom Trailers

Luxury Wedding Restroom Trailer Rental

When the venue maxes out at sixty guests but your list is one-eighty, or the backyard ceremony is perfect except the powder room can't absorb a hundred-and-fifty people across four hours of cocktails and dinner, a luxury restroom trailer fixes the only logistics problem of an otherwise beautiful wedding. Our 4-stall unit serves up to 200 guests across a single day. Two men's stalls, two women's stalls, hot running water at every vanity, full-height mirrors, climate-controlled inside. The same trailer Hollywood productions rent — calibrated for guests who notice every detail.

Why a luxury trailer for weddings

The five things that matter.

Configuration

Right-sizing for your event.

Industry rule of thumb is one stall per 50 guests for a four-hour event. Our 4-stall unit covers up to 200 guests at a typical Saturday wedding. For guest lists between 200 and 400, we recommend two units. Add 15–20% capacity when alcohol service runs all night. Multi-day weddings (welcome dinner + ceremony + brunch) usually want an on-site attendant; we recommend one for any guest list above 100.

Common questions

Weddings — common questions

01How many restroom trailer stalls do I need for my wedding?
Industry guidance is one stall per 50 guests for a four-hour event. Our 4-stall trailer covers up to 200 guests. For larger weddings, we add a second unit. Alcohol service, multi-day events, and elderly or disabled guests all push the count up by 15–25%.
02Where does the restroom trailer go at a wedding venue?
Side yards, motor courts, service drives, behind a carriage house, or curbside (with a permit). The unit is 20 ft long, 8 ft wide, 11 ft tall — fits anywhere a small truck does. We pre-walk the placement via Google Street View before quoting.
03Do I need an attendant for my wedding restroom trailer?
Recommended for guest lists over 100, multi-day weddings, or any event where alcohol service runs more than 4 hours. The attendant restocks paper, refreshes towels, wipes between guests, and triages anything that needs attention. They work in 8-hour shifts.
04How far in advance should I book a wedding restroom trailer?
Four to eight weeks ahead for Saturday weddings in spring and summer. Two to four weeks for off-peak weddings. For 2026, World Cup weekends (June 12 – July 19) and major holiday weekends fill our calendar fastest — book those as soon as your date is set.
05Can the restroom trailer match my wedding's aesthetic?
The trailer's exterior is a neutral white-and-stainless that disappears behind landscaping or hedging. For visible placements, we offer removable magnetic panels and vinyl wraps (7 business days lead time for custom artwork). Most clients hide it; some style it.
