Twenty-five minutes from our North Hollywood yard via the 134 East. The unit suits a wide motor court, a side yard, or the back of an Arroyo-adjacent property. Climate-controlled, hot water at every vanity, full-height mirrors.

These are venues and property types we've delivered to or service-routed near. Send us your venue in the inquiry form and we'll confirm tow feasibility within an hour.
Most Pasadena lots accommodate the tow trailer in a motor court or service drive. We avoid Colorado Boulevard around major events (Rose Parade, Pasadena ArtNight) unless we're delivering for one.
Four stalls, porcelain flush toilets, stainless vanities with hot water, air conditioning and heat, and its own generator and water tank. The same unit on Hollywood basecamps during the week.
Example: a garden party at a Madison Heights craftsman, 80 guests, one day. The numbers come from the same rate table the reserve calculator uses, so they move when the rates move. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

Pasadena treats a restroom trailer on private property (a motor court, a service drive, the back of an Arroyo lot) as nothing to permit. On a public street it falls under the city's special event and street use permits, and the city closes or restricts streets around the Rose Parade, the Rose Bowl, and ArtNight, so a January or football-weekend date needs the route checked first. South Pasadena and Altadena are separate jurisdictions with their own offices.
