Block Parties

Block Party Restroom Trailer Rental

Block parties bring a hundred-plus neighbors together for an afternoon — but every adjacent house can't be the bathroom. The 4-stall luxury restroom trailer parks at the close end of the street, runs on a tap to a neighbor's outlet (or the onboard generator), and serves the whole block across the event. We help with the city block-party permit process and place the unit so it doesn't block driveways or fire access.

Common questions

Block Parties — common questions

01Do I need a permit for a block-party restroom trailer?
If the street is officially closed for the block party, the trailer placement is covered under the city's block-party permit. If you're just parking the trailer curbside without a street closure, you may need a separate temporary-use permit. We help with the application.
02Where on the street does the trailer go?
Typically at the close end, away from driveways and fire-access lanes. We do a free pre-walk via Google Street View to confirm placement before quoting.
