02How many guests does one 4-stall trailer serve?
Up to 200 guests across a typical 4-hour event, calibrated on the industry standard of one stall per 50 guests. Add 15–20% for full alcohol service or 6+ hour events.
03Do you serve all of Greater LA?
Yes — and Orange County, Ventura County, and Santa Clarita. We deliver from our Burbank yard to thirty+ cities across Southern California.
04Do I need a permit?
Private property — no. Curbside or public-street placement — yes, a city temporary use permit. We help with the application. Block parties typically include the trailer under the block-party permit.
05What power and water does the trailer need?
30A shore power and a garden-hose water connection. If neither is available, we bring the onboard 30A generator and 200-gal fresh-water tank — both surcharged on the quote.
06How far in advance should I book?
World Cup match days (June 12 – July 19, 2026): book now. Saturday weddings, spring/summer: 4–8 weeks. Weekday and off-season: 1–2 weeks usually works.
07Does the trailer self-level?
Yes. The unit has self-leveling jacks and accommodates grass, dirt, decomposed granite, gravel, and concrete. We bring traction mats for soft surfaces. Slopes over 5% need pre-clearance.
08Can I get an on-site attendant?
Yes — recommended for guest lists over 100, multi-day events, or any event running 6+ hours. Attendants restock paper, refresh towels, wipe between guests, and triage issues. 8-hour shifts.
09Can the trailer be branded for my event?
Yes. Removable magnetic panels and full vinyl wraps available. Custom artwork is a 7-business-day lead time. Wraps come off cleanly at end of rental.
10What's HDR's response time?

11Do you do production rentals?
Yes — HDR has been on Hollywood basecamps since 2006. Day, week, and long-form rates available. Net-30 corporate billing for qualified productions.
