Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, reservation, or contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and information about your event or rental such as dates, unit quantities, delivery or event location, and any notes you add.

Information collected automatically.When you use the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking” below).

Advertising click identifiers.If you arrive at the Site by clicking a Google ad, we store the Google click identifier (“gclid”) in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so we can measure which advertising leads to reservations and inquiries.

To respond to your quote, reservation, and contact requests, and to provide and fulfill rentals.
To communicate with you about your request, booking, deposit, and delivery.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential Site functionality, analytics, and advertising. In particular, we use:

Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf.
Google Ads, including Enhanced Conversions.To measure the effectiveness of our ads, we share a hashed (irreversibly encoded) version of information you provide — such as your email address or phone number — with Google so it can match a booking or inquiry back to an ad interaction. We share this data in hashed form for conversion measurement; we do not share it for Google’s own independent use.
Advertising and attribution cookies, including the first-party gclid cookie described above, to attribute conversions to advertising.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out add-on, and you can manage Google’s ad personalization at My Ad Center. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Site and our business — for example, hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising (Google Ads) providers — who process information on our behalf.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general, business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
