What's already booking

Commercial venues — bars, breweries, restaurant patios — are locking in viewing-tent rentals, big-screen installations, and bathroom infrastructure for the eight match days. Private hosts are reserving caterers, sound equipment, and yes, restroom trailers. We expect to be at full capacity on the Round of 32, Round of 16, and Quarter-Final dates by early spring.

Logistics checklist for a watch party

  1. Confirm match date and kickoff time
  2. Confirm guest list size
  3. Confirm venue — backyard, lot, restaurant patio, brewery
  4. Confirm A/V — screen, projection, sound
  5. Confirm food and beverage plan
  6. Confirm bathroom capacity — every 50 guests = one stall minimum
  7. Confirm any permits — block party, special event, commercial activity
  8. Lock in vendors 8+ weeks before kickoff

Restroom logistics specifically

Watch parties have a specific bathroom challenge: nobody goes during play. Everybody goes at halftime and at full time. A 100-guest watch party will see 60+ bathroom trips clustered in two 15-minute windows. Plan for peak load, not average load. One 4-stall unit handles up to 200 guests if attendant-served; bigger parties need 2+ units.

  • Private property events — no permit needed for the trailer placement
  • Block-party street closure — file with the city 30+ days ahead
  • Restaurant patio overflow — check with your ABC license terms
  • Commercial parking-lot watch parties — temporary use permit
